This isn’t a “chat and hope for the best” kind of thing. It’s structured, strategic, and full-on. Here’s how it works:
Session 1: The Coaching Intake (90 min)
We go in hard from the start. We’ll dig deep into where you are now, where you want to be in 6 months, and what needs to happen to get you there.
We’ll cover your goals, your reality, what’s working, what’s a mess, and what needs to shift. Expect questions. Expect challenge. This session is intense, focused, and leaves no stone unturned — like going through your business with a fine-tooth comb (but actually useful).
You leave this session with a clear and actionable plan. One that isn’t just fluff — but grounded in your business, your goals and what you need to do to get results.
Sessions 2–6: Coaching + Accountability (60 min)
We follow the plan. We tweak where needed. We go deep on the areas that move the needle. Whether that’s leadership, hiring, BD, or just getting out of your own way — we tackle it. You don’t get a generic “so… what do you want to talk about today?” You get structure, push, strategy and actual momentum.
